This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Aesthetic Doctor at R&R Beauty Clinic in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The doctor will be responsible for performing aesthetic procedures, consultations, patient assessments, and follow-up care. They will work closely with our Beauty Director, aestheticians, and clinic staff to ensure the highest standards of safety, care, and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the official medical license holder and clinic lead, in accordance with Vietnamese health regulations. - Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including PRP, mesotherapy, laser treatments, micro-needling, injectables, and skin rejuvenation techniques. - Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient suitability, and recommend appropriate treatments. - Ensure strict adherence to medical safety, hygiene, and documentation standards. - Supervise clinic staff and clinic operations when needed. - Participate in patient education, marketing support (e.g. photos, content supervision), and continuous improvement of treatment protocols. - Stay updated with industry trends and actively engage in ongoing training. Requirements - Holds a valid medical degree in Vietnam (Bác sĩ đa khoa). - Must possess a Medical Practice License (Chứng chỉ hành nghề) appropriate for dermatology, general practice, or aesthetic services. - Must meet legal requirements to be registered as the medical lead (Người phụ trách chuyên môn) of a skincare/aesthetic clinic in HCMC: - At least 18 months of relevant clinical experience. - Proven hands-on experience performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (injectables, lasers, PRP, etc.). - At least Intermediate English proficiency (required for patient communication, training materials, and basic documentation). - Professional appearance, ethical conduct, and a genuine passion for aesthetic medicine.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Nurse & Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at R&R Beauty Clinic and assist with patient care for R&R Beauty Aesthetic. The role is based at our clinic, but will also involve frequent hospital visits to care for surgical patients during their day surgery or overnight recovery. Key Responsibilities - Assist doctors and therapists during non-surgical procedures (e.g., laser, injectables, PRP, microneedling) - Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness according to hygiene and infection control standards - Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after procedures at our clinic and hospital. - Administer medications, dress wounds, and provide basic clinical support - Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care - Take clear and professional patient photos for documentation, education, and marketing (with consent) - Support clients recovering at the hospital, including overnight stays when required - Maintain accurate treatment records and manage patient documentation - Assist with stock management and ordering of medical/aesthetic supplies - Provide occasional administrative or front desk support Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Nursing (valid nursing license in Vietnam required) 1–2 years of relevant experience in clinical or aesthetic settings preferred - Strong interest in beauty, skincare and non-invasive aesthetic procedures - Comfortable with taking and managing patient photos - Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused - Able to travel to hospital locations for patient care when required - Basic English communication is a must (for interacting with international clients) - Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Google Drive)
