At R&R Beauty Clinic, your care is led by Rose Nguyen and Dr. T K Oanh.
Rose Nguyen – Lead Aesthetician & Founder
With a background in nursing, Rose is professionally trained in laser treatments, PRP, mesotherapy, and advanced skin rejuvenation techniques. Bringing nearly a decade of experience in non-invasive aesthetic procedures and skincare, she is dedicated to ensuring each client receives safe, effective, and personalized care — from the initial consultation through to aftercare.
Dr. T.K. Oanh – Licensed Medical Doctor & Medical Director
Dr. Oanh has over 20 years of experience in general medicine and aesthetic dermatology. Her expertise spans laser and light-based therapies, dermatologic procedures, and a wide range of aesthetic injectables. She is highly experienced in treating diverse skin concerns and tailoring solutions to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring safe, effective, and results-driven outcomes.
Our team is supported by Raphael, Operations Director; Trang, Aesthetician; and our Registered Aesthetic Nurses Nhung and Kim Anh. Together, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and outstanding results for every client.

Our Story
R&R Beauty Group began in 2018 as R&R Beauty Studio, a beauty salon in Singapore founded by our beauty director Rose Nguyen. What started as a one-woman operation soon grew into a five-person team, offering high-quality beauty and skincare treatments in the city-state.
Inspired by Rose’s personal transformation, many of our Singaporean clients sought plastic surgery recommendations. This demand led to the creation of our medical tourism arm, R&R Beauty Aesthetic, in early 2023 after the Covid pandemic, connecting international clients with top-tier plastic surgeons and accredited hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Building on the success of our medical tourism business, we expanded in 2024 with the launch of R&R Beauty Clinic in An Khanh Ward (Thao Dien), Ho Chi Minh City, offering non-invasive aesthetic and aftercare treatments that complement our surgical services.
