Rose Nguyen – Lead Aesthetician | Founder
With a background in nursing, Rose is professionally trained in laser treatments, PRP, mesotherapy, and advanced skin rejuvenation techniques. Bringing nearly a decade of experience in non-invasive aesthetic procedures and skincare, she is dedicated to ensuring each client receives safe, effective, and personalized care — from the initial consultation through to aftercare.

Dr. T T Long – Medical Director | Specialist Level I (CKI) Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Long is a Specialist Level I (CKI) Plastic Surgeon with over six years of experience in general medicine and plastic surgery. He performs a wide range of facial and body aesthetic procedures, including rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, liposuction, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation. He is known for his meticulous surgical approach and focus on achieving balanced, natural-looking results.

Our team is supported by Raphael, Operations Director; and our team of Registered Nurses Nhung, Kim Anh, and Truc. Together, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and aesthetic results for every client.

Our Story
R&R Beauty Group began in 2018 with the establishment of R&R Beauty Studio, a beauty salon in Singapore founded by our Beauty Director, Rose Nguyen. What started as a one-woman operation soon grew into a team of five, earning the trust of clients through high-quality beauty and skincare treatments.

Inspired by Rose's own aesthetic transformation, many of our Singaporean clients began seeking recommendations for plastic surgery in Vietnam. Recognizing this growing demand, we launched R&R Beauty Aesthetic in 2023 as a premium aesthetic surgery concierge, connecting international patients with carefully selected plastic surgeons and accredited hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Building on the success of our aesthetic surgery concierge services, we expanded in 2024 with the opening of R&R Beauty Clinic in An Khanh Ward (Thao Dien), Ho Chi Minh City. As a licensed medical clinic, we provide non-invasive aesthetic treatments, minor aesthetic surgical procedures, and dedicated post-operative care, enabling us to deliver a seamless end-to-end patient experience.
